Where to obtain documents
Certificate of origin: Issued by Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC), Federation of Hong Kong Industries, or Chinese Manufacturers' Association. Also available from Trade and Industry Department (TID). CEPA certificate for preferential access to mainland China. Import licenses: Import licenses required only for: reserved commodities (rice, frozen/chilled meat), pharmaceuticals and antibiotics, pesticides, telecommunications equipment, strategic commodities, radioactive materials. Most consumer goods enter completely freely, no license needed.
