Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) manages customs. Electronic declarations via ACROSS/EDI. De minimis for duty is C$20, for taxes C$40 (raised under CUSMA). CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) is the new portal for importers.

Based on shipper reports, delivery from BA to CA takes 7-21 days depending on the service. Express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) offer faster delivery in 3-7 days. Accurate customs declarations are recommended to speed up the process.
