State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic manages customs. EAEU member since 2015, applies EAEU Common External Tariff. Electronic declarations through national customs system. Manas airport (Bishkek) and Irkeshtam/Torugart border crossings with China are main entry points.
EAEU membership provides unified customs rules with Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia. Improving but can be bureaucratic. Corruption still reported at border crossings. Land-locked country, most goods transit through Kazakhstan or China. Express couriers work in Bishkek but limited outside the capital.
