Turkish Customs (Gumruk) uses BILGe electronic declaration system. Turkey has a Customs Union with the EU for industrial goods (zero duty). Personal imports under €22 were duty-free but this threshold is frequently reviewed. PTT handles postal customs.
Turkish customs has improved with digitalization but can still be unpredictable. PTT postal customs may take 1-3 weeks.
