Also available from Trade and Industry Department (TID). CEPA certificate for preferential access to mainland China. Import licenses: Import licenses required only for: reserved commodities (rice, frozen/chilled meat), pharmaceuticals and antibiotics, pesticides, telecommunications equipment, strategic commodities, radioactive materials. Most consumer goods enter completely freely, no license needed.
