Belarus customs (customs.gov.by) follows EAEU Customs Code, same tariff schedule as Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan. Electronic declarations via Belarusian customs portal. Personal imports under BYN 22 (~$7) and 10 kg per parcel are duty-free via EAEU rules. Above threshold: 30% duty on excess value, min €4/kg.
EAEU customs rules apply. Strict controls especially on western goods due to sanctions. Postal shipments from EU/US may face additional scrutiny. Minsk customs can be slow. DHL, FedEx, UPS largely unavailable for direct service. Postal shipments via Belpochta can take 2-4 weeks. Import of certain Western brands restricted. Parallel import schemes similar to Russia in effect.

Licenses required for alcohol, pharmaceuticals, weapons, encryption devices. Strict import restrictions on many Western goods due to sanctions and counter-sanctions.
